You'll receive an email from hello@jmsdevlab.com with your invoice details and a unique Stripe payment link.
Click the payment link to open Stripe's secure checkout. Enter your card details or choose SEPA Direct Debit. That's it.
Stripe sends an automatic receipt to your email. We're notified instantly and your project milestone moves forward.
Projects are split into three milestone payments
Due before work begins. Confirms the project and locks in your timeline. Paid after scope agreement and contract signing.
Due at the mid-project review. You'll see working progress, provide feedback, and confirm direction before the second payment.
Due after final delivery and your sign-off. Covered by our scope-match guarantee — if it doesn't match the agreed scope, you don't pay.
Your payments are protected at every step
Stripe holds the highest level of payment security certification. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
All card payments use Strong Customer Authentication as required by EU regulations. Your bank verifies every transaction.
Stripe processes payments in full compliance with EU data protection regulations. Your personal data is handled securely.
Your payment link was sent to you by email from hello@jmsdevlab.com. Each link is unique to your project and milestone amount. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the most recent invoice email. If you can't find it, get in touch and we'll resend it.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA Direct Debit for EU bank transfers. SEPA is often cheaper for larger amounts.
Yes. The payment link takes you to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor — the same platform used by companies like Shopify, Amazon, and Google. Your card details never touch our website.
Yes. Stripe automatically sends a receipt to the email address you provide during checkout. You can also access your receipt from the Stripe confirmation page immediately after payment.
Yes. Choose SEPA Direct Debit on the Stripe checkout page for direct bank payment within the EU. If you need to pay by manual bank transfer, contact us at hello@jmsdevlab.com and we'll provide our bank details.
All invoices and payments are in Euro (EUR). If your card is in a different currency, your bank will handle the conversion at their standard rate.
If the delivered software doesn't match the agreed scope, you don't pay the final instalment. We agree the scope in writing before work starts, so there are no surprises. See our pricing page for full details.
